Adventure
As impromptu as it seems... Fangshuai, YongXian and I decided to go JB on sat... we had the intention of going out of town after exams but dunno where to... so sat 2a.m fs sent me a msg informing me that we are going jb ... meeting at 12.30 nite at amk mrt... i was wondering why so funny go at 12.30 nite so funny... then i cheecked my msn at 4 then found out that he rectified himself saying that its at noon... kan chiong... lolness...
ok so i woke up in time la... but not enough slp... and off we go... 3 kuku who dunno how to move around in Malaysia began their journey to the west... and i meant west... from amk to jurong east interchange ma... =x
And so we arrived at Jurong east... waiting for the bus... then we saw NTU open house bus thingy...(the three of us were complaining about how ulu and freaking far jurong is and stuff, so looking at ntu... lol... we were thinking that those going to it... is machiam like going to malaysia everyday if you were to go from places like sengkang or amk, well thats y there are hsotel right. BUT REALLY LA... damn far... ulu)
The bus ride costs us SGD$4... the joruney to JB was estimated to be 1hour guess how long we took 2hour... why? the pass travel travel travel to our first check point... got the biometric thing for sgd right? fs used it... i was about to use it when yx said something like he think he cant use and stuff... pulled me to some other counter which took like so much longer... then... missed bus! waited for 20-30 min fro the next... then boarded bus again... travel travel travel... check point 2... queued for the passport check thingy... THEN... look left look right... eh? no white card!!! lol... then we went to the office to get 3 white cards... asked around for 2 more pens , yx had his own. so yeah... filled it out, and then guess wat? bus left again... another 20-30min of waiting! lol!
Finally no more check point till we get to JB! yes la! travel travel travel... and fs said it was going to rain soon and stuff when the whether was soso... oh... did i even mention he had wu ya jui? and so it started raining... yeah... thx fs... lol. To add to the horror... the bus stops everywhere ... so u have to know where to drop... so raining cant see, dunno where to drop. And poof! we missed the place... no choice. faster alight first. TMD! the place(JUSCO) we wanted to go was across the street. a huge street... dunno how to walk across la... raining cats and dog loh... so we had to walk to the cw3 waiting place. why? hoping there are singaporeans there to ask? ok... so we asked... they say really have to walk across like tt loh.... no other way... wa sadness... and of all days i just had to wear shoes... song bo... my shoes was wet and i was drenched even b4 running over... sianess... But thank godness the lady whom we asked direction for offered us a ride as her brother is picking her up. Adventure sia!
First thing i did after arriving JUSCO i bought a pair of cheap flip flop- shoes too wet. Walked around... did i mention... the motive of going jusco was to get A and W? LOL! not mine... yx's idea...=x
And so we had our meal... at say 3.30? their curly fries... just great!
cost for my meal and yx's was Rm12.70
Fs was 11.70
But FS had an extra burger cause they gave wrongly... and he kept mum about it... cheapskate ass... LOL
Walked around the mall... criticized about some of their products laughed at the ppl there... not that malaysian's are funny or wat... no offense... but some ppl are just funny... then had dinner... at 6... motive was to eat la... so just kept eating loh. So we had our dinner at sizzling some western restaurant.
Above is FS enormous serving of mee siam... it cost him like SGD$4 which is able to fill 2 person... gosh...
On the top of the picture is YX' ribeye, his cost him like SGD10$
below is my raw ostrich meat about SGD$13
What i ordered was tea, mushroom soup, ostrich meat, at about SGD$20 i think ok la... quite worth it... but one thing... ostrich meat taste machiam like chicken... i hope i didnt get conned.... lol... if premium= to chicken tagged with ostrich label... i dunno about the rest... LOL
well thats all at JUSCO
Took a bus back.. this time we smart le... just chiong only... dun wan waste time waiting for bus... check point 1... run to counter ... run to bus
Check point 2... YX finally dared to try the biometric thingy and he passed... LAME! brisk walked back to bus...
AND in an hour we are back to SG!
YEAH! end of adventure!
